Attorney Chiaying Lin was invited by Taipei Fuban Commercial Bank to give a speech on “Latest Trends in Fintch and AI.”
Attorney Lin introduced the current application of AI in the banking industry and the potential risks it may face. She also analyzed the relevant guidelines issued by the Financial Supervisory Commission and the Bankers Association concerning the use of AI, particularly generative AI, in the banking sector.
