Chung-chiang Lai has been continuously practicing law since 1997, specializing in corporate financing, corporate mergers and acquisitions, ownership disputes, company reorganization and bankruptcy, securities and exchange, anti-trust and unfair competition, civil and commercial cases, criminal defense, administrative relief and constitutional interpretation for tax cases.
