Tracy LIN

Attorney Lin holds a master’s degree in law at National Chengchi University. She successfully passed the Taiwan Bar Examination during her studies. She also participated in many activities of Judicial Reform Foundation and Environmental Jurists Association, and was awarded the “Outstanding Student Representative of National Chengchi University”. 

Attorney Lin has handled many cases related to entertainment business of the film, television and music industry, artist management, trademark rights and copyright. The clients she represents include well-known music producers, international record labels, well-known artists and Internet celebrities. She has also drafted contracts regarding international film co-production, film distribution, screenwriting, music licensing, e-sports broadcast licensing, derivative product licensing, advertiser sponsorship, artist endorsement and so on.
